Hello and welcome – we're thrilled to have you here! I'm Tracey, the founder of Kiwis Together.
As an introvert, nana, empath, and lifelong volunteer, my journey in giving back began in the 1970s with a simple roadside stall and a homemade Lucky Dip that raised $1.75 for charity.
This humble beginning sparked a lifelong passion for helping others.
Our Story
From fostering and volunteering to donating and campaigning, giving has always brought me immense happiness. The catalyst for Kiwis Together was a chance meeting with parents desperately fundraising for their son's life-saving treatment. Their struggle moved me deeply and highlighted the urgent need for accessible healthcare funding in New Zealand.
Kiwis Together was born from this encounter – a registered foundation funded by Kiwis, for Kiwis. Our mission is to provide immediate funding for medical treatments, equipment, consultations, and health education, ensuring no one is denied necessary care due to cost.
Our Team
Tracey – As the heart and founder, my vision is brought to life by the passion and dedication of our team.
Danielle – Our co-founder, Danielle, joined me with boundless enthusiasm. A working mother with a pragmatic work ethic, she brings a different skill set, ensuring our heartfelt ideas are well-organised and impactful.
Sandra – From Atane Accounting, Sandra meticulously manages our finances, ensuring every dollar is accounted for. Her sense of humor, along with her family and fur baby, keeps her grounded and our costs low.
VINCI LAW – Our legal support comes from VINCI LAW, an Auckland corporate services firm specialising in Not-for-Profit legal services. They ensure our Trust's activities are compliant and uphold our mission.
